Munio Memory Assurance Policy & Agreement
WHO IS THE INSURER?
The insurer of the policy is Munio Memory Services, LLC., a Utah Corporation, (hereinafter
'we' or 'us'). We are the World's First and Only Memory Assurance company.
TYPE OF COVERVAGE
Memory Assurance™. The policy provides protection against physical loss and damage
to your photos, documents, children's original art and personal journal collection,
including accidental damage or separation from memories caused by divorce or legal
separation.
DURATION
Unless otherwise agreed, the duration of policy is one year.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS (COOLING OFF PERIOD)
You have the right to cancel the policy within 14 days of receipt of the policy
documents. Upon cancellation, you are entitled to a full refund of premium providing
no claim has been submitted and no material has been digitized on your behalf.
CANCELLATION OUTSIDE THE STATUTORY PERIOD
You have the right to cancel the policy at any time. We also have the right to cancel
the policy at any time but must give you 14 days notice. Upon cancellation, you
are entitled to a return premium proportionate to the unexpired part of the period
of assurance providing no claim has been submitted. If you cancel, you should write
to us at 1425 Broadway #401, Seattle, WA 98122. If we cancel, we will write
to you by recorded delivery or registered letter.

COMPLAINTS
Any complaint you may have regarding your policy may be addressed to your Memory Assurance Agent™
or directly to us. If you are not satisfied with the handling
of the complaint, you should e-mail our Chief Executive at michael.droz@muniocorp.com.
PAYMENT
Your policy must be setup with automatic recurring billing through either a credit
card or electronic check.
Section A: The Collection
Coverage is based on "received collateral" basis. This means only the items sent
into and processed by us are protected under the policy.

Section C: General Exclusions
Your own willful act, or that of any member of your household
Section D: Special Benefit Amendment A
As a policy holder you are entitled to Munio's special LEGACY benefit. This benefit
allows you to specify up to 10 legacy beneficiaries. These individuals will have
the right to make a claim on your digital archive and will be entitled to receive
a complete digital copy of such archive in the event of your passing.
