Step 1 - We send you Memory Boxes™.

Step 2 - You fill the boxes with memories and send them to us.

Step 3 - We protect your memories forever and send the originals back to you.

 

We ship you Memory Boxes.
Once you have completed the registration process, we will send you a startup kit containing your first set of memory Boxes. The startup kit will include one large Memory Starter Box, and two smaller Memory Boxes. Over the course of the year you will have the opportunity to send a total of six Memory Boxes (five Memory Boxes plus one Memory Starter Box).

You fill the boxes with memories and send them to us. 

Have some fun re-living memories while you gather up your photos, children's artwork, journals, and other items important to you and your family. Carefully pack your memories in the Memory Starter Box* so that they are well protected, affix the supplied shipping label, and deliver to FedEx. We provide you with our FedEx account number, so the initial shipping fees are charged to our account. We will then bill your credit card for the charges at a later date. We do this for your convenience. 

Once your Memory Box is received we'll send you a shipment confirmation email and begin the digitization and protection process. 

*We recommend that you start with the larger Memory Starter Box and then fill the smaller memory boxes throughout the year, but you are free to use the boxes in any manner that you would like.

Your memories are processed with care in our Seattle, Washington facility using state of the art scanning systems. We never send items overseas for processing. We work with you to customize the processing - you select the resolution at which you want your items digitized (scanned) and you choose whether or not you want any post-processing. (We don't charge you extra for these options.)

Once your order is completely digitized, we burn you a CD or DVD depending on the total file size. We also include a PDF contact sheet for quick image reference. Copies of your memories will then be uploaded to our archive servers for guaranteed protection and future availability. 

Finally, with your items processed and securely stored, your memories are packaged carefully for return shipment. We notify you by email when your shipment is on its way, and provide you with a summary of shipping charges at that time. 

The whole process takes less than three weeks per Memory Box.
