How long does it take to process and return my original memories?

Our production process is currently running at two to eight weeks depending on order size and delivery location.

What if I want to digitize more than what my monthly policy allows?

You can purchase additional Memory Backlog Boxes™ at the low price of $49.99 per box. Please e-mail sales@muniocorp.com to request additional boxes.

Can I get a CD/DVD containing my digital archive?

Yes, please send an e-mail to sales@muniocorp.com for a quote.

How do I make a claim?

What proof is needed to make a claim?

   a. Copy of your homeowner's claim with your insurance company.

   b. Digital photo of your damaged memories.

   c. Copy of divorce decree or legal separation decree.

   b. Copy of death certificate.

How do I contact my agent if I lost her/his contact info?

Can I sell Memory Assurance™?

Is it cheaper to scan my own memories?

This is our favorite question! Our patent pending digitization process allows us to process memories 5 - 10 times more efficiently than an individual could do it. Furthermore, our process is many times more inexpensive than using a traditional one-off scanning service. How much can I expect to earn?

Results vary based on how much time and energy you put into your sales. We expect to have reps earning between $10,000 - $120,000 per year. But there's no limit to how much you could make. Why should I sell Memory Assurance™?

First, you should sell Memory Assurance to your friends and family because there's nothing more important than protecting a family's memories. We believe this is an obligation not a nice to have. We truly believe that it's irresponsible for families to continue on without protecting their memories. Millions of families lose their memories every year to fire, floods, divorce and other acts of nature. Think about how many millions of families lost their memories in Hurricane Katrina. Do you want your friends and family to be at risk? We don't.

Second, we believe that our product combined with our commission structure and marketing tools allows an individual to make a lot of money if they work hard. Isn't this the American Dream?

Finally, we believe that a lot of women get into direct sales as a way to augment their salaries while they stay at home with their families. We support this and we believe that our product is the only one on the market that supports this. Think about it. With our product you sell it once and then collect recurring commissions. And we take care of shipping things back and forth to customers. This allows you to work a couple days a week and then focus on your family. With non-recurring sales like candles, jewelry, etc., you must constantly have parties and run around delivering products. How much time does that leave for family? What does "Have one last party" mean?

We found that a lot of our agents are party sales reps for candle makers, jewelry distributors and cosmetics companies. The method of selling these products is to consistently have parties where you're selling your product. Because there's no recurring commission that can be obtained by selling a candle reps are required to have party after party to keep their commissions coming in. Our product solves this problem completely. If you have a "Memory Assurance" party with a group of friends you shouldn't have to have another party with them because our product is recurring. This means that you sell it once and then we continue to pay you a commission on that sale month after month as long as that customer continues to subscribe to our Memory Assurance product. Our policies are two years long, so that's a lot of recurring commissions.

Do I lose my recurring income if I am inactive for a period of time?

Our agreement states that you must continue to act as the point of contact for all your clients. As long as you do this your commissions will continue to roll in. You can sell 5 policies and then stop selling forever and continue to collect commissions as long as those 5 customers are not complaining about the lack of an agent. If customers contact us about the absence of an agent we'll attempt to resolve the issue with the agent, but if that fails we'll  reassign that customer to a new agent.

It's important to note that we reassign all customers to an agent. This is our version of the "Do no evil" mantra. We want to make sure that there's no incentive for us to remove agents to increase our profits. Our intent is to build a long-term relationship with both our agents and our shared customers.

Can I sign-up other people to sell Memory Assurance™?

Yes, but we don't compensate you for this activity. We want our reps to concentrate on selling our incredible Memory Assurance product. We'll take care of recruiting agents. That said, feel free to refer people to this unique opportunity. We hope you don't think this is a greedy approach.  We promise that the spirit of this policy is to focus agents and customers on our Memory Assurance product and not on getting other people to sell our product. The service is what drives commissions not some scheme to hire as many reps as possible. This is a direct sales opportunity, but not all direct sales opportunities have to have the dreaded network marketing scheme. We trust that our recurring commission program will rewards our agents for the work that they do.

Can I sign up customers in another city or state?

Yes, you can sign up customers in any state and city in the United States.

Can I market Memory Assurance™ on the Internet?

Yes, feel free to market and sell through the Internet.

How big are the Memory Boxes™?

The Backlog Memory Box™ is 4" X 14" X 14" and the Maintenance Memory Box™ is 2" X 10" X 13".

Can customers send in negatives and slides to be digitized or scanned?

Yes, and we no longer limit the number of slides or negatives per box.
